Refund Policy
Because Logo Weave design services and custom labels are personalized and custom-made for each client, refunds are generally not available once design work has commenced or production has started.
For physical label orders (such as school labels, sticker labels, or brand labels), refunds are available only in the case of confirmed manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of delivery.
If you believe your order has a manufacturing or printing defect, please contact us with clear photographs, order details, and a short description of the issue. We will review the concern and offer a correction, replacement, or refund where applicable.
